Excellent Chemical Resistance

Nylo-Seal tube fittings have excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, dilute mineral acids, most organic acids, petroleum oils and greases, photographic solutions.

Suitable for many chemical applications these fittings are exceptionally strong and resistant to abuse.  Made from moulded nylon, they are far stronger than machined fittings of similar composition.  The sleeves are made from acetyl copolymer to provide maximum performance.

Reduce Installation Time

Tests show that the Nylo-Seal fittings can be assembled in an average time of 11.7 seconds, compared to 18.5 seconds for regular compression fittings, and 48.2 seconds for flare type fittings.

This offers a minimum of 36% saving in installation time, compared to the regular compression type fittings, or ordinary fittings for plastic tubing, and a minimum of 77% saving compared to the flare type fittings.

Assembly

To assemble the Nylo-Seal fitting, just push the tubing into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2 ½ full turns.  There is no need to disassemble the fitting, and no fumbling for a loose sleeve, as the sleeve is integrated into the nut assembly.  The nut revolves around the sleeve as it is tightened, preventing torque from being transmitted to the tubing.  Design of the sleeve, nut and body assures excellent sealing and complete reliability.
